All of the pieces you see on our web site have been proudly made in New York City, carefully crafted by Phoenix Roze in our west village studio. All jewelry is handcrafted, therefore subtle variations in detail and finish may occur.

Customizations and Alterations:
If you see something that you would like to adjust or alter, you may contact our designer who would love to talk to you and accommodate your wishes. 


Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. While we do our best to portray all jewelry as accurately as possible, slight differences in colors may occur due to display and monitor setting on the customer’s computer.


Shipping Policy:
Items in stock will be shipped within 5 days of order.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 2 weeks.

For rush Christmas orders please call the store at 212-255-2362. If we have the jewelry in stock, we will be able to ship it to you right away.

Last online order for Christmas for 2016 will be December 18 2016. After that please call the store first. 212-255-2362

For your security, Phoenix Roze does not retain your credit card information once your order has been completed.


Sales Tax:
Phoenix Roze collects sales tax from customers in New York State.
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. 


International Orders:
We have many customers who shop from the far corners of the globe. To place an order, please call us at 212.255.2362. We will be able to take your order and find out shipping cost.





If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail info@phoenixroze.com within 7 days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number. DO NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER BACK WITHOUT RA#. Phoenix Roze's Jewelry is hand crafted upon order and made especially for you, we therefore cannot issue refunds. Only store credit will be given. You may exchange your item for an order of equal or greater value.

For your protection, please securely pack the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured traceable delivery service. You will be notified via e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your Credit (less any shipping costs) to be e mailed to you. 


Damaged or broken items can not be returned.


If your jewelry is in need of repair, please email us at info@phoenixroze.com in order to get a Return Authorization Number. You can also visit our store.

For your protection, when shipping the item to us, please securely pack it in a hard box and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured and traceable delivery service. Please include a copy of the item receipt (for items less than a year old), a letter describing the repairs to be made, your return mailing address, your e-mail address and your phone number. Prior to beginning any work, we will contact you with an estimate of the cost and time needed to complete your repair.
