Jewelry Customization & Alterations
If you see something that you would like to adjust or alter, you may contact our designer who would love to talk to you and accommodate your wishes.
Phoenix Roze Jewelry is all handmade in New York City so just give us a little time to make your jewelry perfect. Online orders take from 2-3 weeks to make.
If you have an earlier deadline email us at email@example.com or call 1(212) 255-2362 and we will accommodate you as much as possible. Also, shop our West Village location for in-stock jewelry. We will notify you once your order has been packaged and sent on it's way. SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF DELIVERY, PLEASE MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT PACKAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES RELATED TO UNDELIVERED AND RETURNED ITEMS.
International Shipping may be delayed in transit from US which is out of our control.
Phoenix Roze collects sales tax from customers in New York State. Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order.
International Orders (PLEASE READ)
Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from Phoenix Roze.
Payment of applicable duties and taxes is the responsibility of the receiving party. All packages are properly labeled reflecting the value of goods purchased. No refunds for unpaid taxes or refusal of delivery over applicable taxes and duties.
Phoenix Roze's Jewelry is hand crafted upon order and made especially for you, we therefore cannot issue refunds. Only store credit will be given. You may exchange your item for an order of equal or lesser value.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
PLEASE DO NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER BACK WITHOUT RA#.
For your protection, please pack the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and packaging and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured traceable delivery service. You will be notified via e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your store credit (less any shipping costs) to be emailed to you.
Damaged or broken items can not be returned.
Store credit expires 6 months from the date issued.
Online Gift Cards
Gift cards obtained through our website can only be used to purchase jewelry on phoenixroze.com. Online gift cards cannot be redeemed in-store and are not eligible for use with sales and promotions. Balance of the gift card is nonrefundable and can only be used toward purchasing items from phoenixroze.com.
If your jewelry is in need of repair, please email us at email@example.com in order to get a Return Authorization Number. You can also visit our store.

For your protection, when shipping the item to us, please securely pack it in a hard box and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured and traceable delivery service. Please include a copy of the item receipt (for items less than a year old), a letter describing the repairs to be made, your return mailing address, your e-mail address and your phone number. Prior to beginning any work, we will contact you with an estimate of the cost and time needed to complete your repair.
For your security, Phoenix Roze does not retain your credit card information once your order has been completed.
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. While we do our best to portray all jewelry as accurately as possible, slight differences in colors may occur due to display and monitor setting on the customer’s computer.
