Phoenix Roze's Jewelry is hand crafted specially for you upon order, we therefore cannot issue refunds. Only store credit will be given. You may exchange your item for an order of equal or greater value. If your jewelry is in need of repair, please email us at info@phoenixroze.com in order to get a Return Authorization Number. You can also visit our store.

What Size Range Do You Carry?

We have ring sizes available from women’s size 5 through to 8 with half sizes available.

Where Are Your Products Produced?

We make all our products in New York City. Our jewelry is carefully crafted by Phoenix Roze in our West Village jewelry studio.

What sizes do rings come in?

We have ring sizes available from women’s size 5 through to 8 with half sizes available.

What rings can be resized?

Some metals can be resized, however for rings with a design or engraving it is inadvisable to do so without destroying the design and balance of the piece. Plain rings, like wedding bands, can be resized by half to one size up or down if they are made of gold, white goal, rose gold, platinum or silver.

What is the difference between black and white diamonds?

A black diamond or ‘Carbonado’ is the toughest form of natural diamond.A black diamond is an impure form of polycrystalline diamond. These beautiful stones consist of diamond, graphite, and amorphous carbon. Both white or clear and black diamonds are ‘real diamonds’. However, a black diamond can often not be assessed by the same standards as a clear diamond, because it is opaque it is harder to judge its quality by factors such as clarity.

What does the Hamsa Hand Symbol Mean?

The hand symbol seen in many of our designs is an ancient symbol of good luck. It has been seen in many ancient cultures and across religions. It is also known as the Hand of Fatima, Hand of Miriam or the Khamsa. The symbol is mostly believed to protect the owner from the ‘evil eye’ an omnipresent bringer of bad fortune. The ‘Evil Eye’ seen in some of our jewelry is also a protection symbol against the malevolent glare of the eye.

How should a Cuff Bracelet Fit?

A cuff bracelet needs to be snug enough that you can use your hands as normal without fear the cuff will come off. However, it should not be so tight that it pinches your skin or leaves any marks.

What Does The Eye Symbolize?

The Eye seen in many of our jewelry designs is known as ‘The Evil Eye’. This is a kind of ‘good luck’ symbol. It is seen in many ancient cultures as a talisman that protects the wearer from evil.

What is a Pave Diamond?

Pave diamonds are closely set small diamonds combined with minimal visibility of the tiny metal beads or prongs holding the stones in place, the effect is one of continuous sparkle. Pave is a type of setting and comes from the French word pavé “to pave,” as in paved with sparkling diamonds.

How should I clean my jewelry?

You can get your jewellery cleaned by an expert or by using an at home product from a trusted retailer. Jewelry will need to be cleaned less frequently if you care for it and remove it when cooking, swimming, washing dishes or other activities that would expose it dirt or lime scale build up.
